I checked this bag closely.
All the zippers work as they should.
No missing zipper pulls.
Sorry, but a rain cover / hood is not included. Not sure there was one when this bag was new ... since there are no snaps on the top rim to mount a cover. If you feel you really want / need one, there are plenty of OEM and aftermarket rain covers for golf bags for sale on eBay for a nominal cost.
